1. About the service

AlayaSetu is operated by Murali Prasad Katta. It provides temple information, devotional content and technology for temple-service administration and bookings, subject to availability. AlayaSetu is a technology platform and is not itself a temple or a religious authority.

2. Information and availability

Temple listings, events, seva dates, prices and availability are supplied or administered by the relevant parties and may change. Confirm critical details with the temple. Access to a feature or listing does not guarantee that a booking, payment method or service is currently available.

3. Bookings and user information

Where booking functionality is enabled, the devotee or authorised temple staff must provide accurate information. Bookings are subject to relevant temple requirements and confirmation. Temple staff should obtain appropriate permission before entering another person's information.

4. Payments and confirmation

Available methods may include cash, UPI or an authorised payment gateway, depending on the temple and service. The applicable payee and payment instructions should be confirmed before paying. A transaction screenshot alone is not proof of settlement; payment status may require verification through the relevant provider or temple. This public website explains our services. Enabled counter payments are initiated through Temple Admin, where staff review the bill before displaying a booking-specific payment QR. 5. Seva delivery and cancellations

The relevant temple is responsible for fulfilment of its offered seva. Cancellation requests received by 8:00 PM IST on the day before the seva date qualify for a full refund of the amount paid. Approved online refunds return to the original payment method, generally within 5–21 days after initiation, subject to bank and payment-provider processing. Refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact support when a condition is unclear.

6. Acceptable use and security

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with another account, impersonate a temple or provide unauthorised payment details. Do not share payment PINs, OTPs, passwords or credentials with support or temple personnel.

7. Changes and interruptions

We may update content, functions and these terms as the service develops. We work to maintain access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
