Delete your AlayaSetu account
You can permanently delete your account from the app or initiate a deletion request outside the app.
Delete directly in the app
Review the warning and confirm deletion. When deletion succeeds, the account is removed and the app returns to the guest experience.
Request deletion outside the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email AlayaSetu support and include the mobile number used with your AlayaSetu account so the account can be identified.
Do not send OTPs, passwords, payment information or other secret credentials.

What is deleted
The AlayaSetu user account, associated name/display name or username, mobile number and other personal/account-linked data are deleted or anonymized according to the service's retention requirements.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained only when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate regulatory requirements. See the Privacy Policy.
