For booking questions, include the relevant temple name, seva date, and booking or receipt reference if available. For payment-related issues, include only the transaction reference and amount—never a UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Booking & cancellation enquiries
For a full refund, submit your cancellation request by 8:00 PM IST on the day before your seva date. Contact the temple or AlayaSetu support with the booking details; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Privacy and account help

Payment support
For a pending, failed or duplicate payment, email the booking reference, temple name, transaction reference, amount and payment date to our support address. Check the existing booking status before paying again. See Payment Process.
